Red thread have special meaning for east Asia people, because there are believe that soulmates are bound with red thread on their pinky finger. Maybe because my background is designer, sometimes it is so hard for me to understand the story behind arts. I still wonder what the red thread represent in these gorgeous watercolor illustration.
